Is SquishFM free? +

Yes! SquishFM is free to download with a generous set of features. You can create unlimited projects and export your beats at no cost. Upgrade to Pro with a one-time $9.99 purchase to unlock the full feature set.

What iOS version is required? +

SquishFM requires iOS 17 or later. It's optimized for iPhone and iPad, taking advantage of the larger display on iPad for an expanded pad grid view.

Can I import my own samples? +

Absolutely. You can import WAV, AIFF, and MP3 files from the Files app or AudioShare. Imported samples are stored locally on your device.

Does SquishFM work with my DAW? +

SquishFM exports WAV and AIFF files that work with any DAW (Ableton, Logic, GarageBand, FL Studio, etc.). Pro users can also export per-pad stems for maximum mixing flexibility. Ableton Link sync is available for real-time jamming.

Is there an Android version? +

SquishFM is currently iOS-only. An Android version is on the roadmap but no release date is confirmed yet.

Does the app require an internet connection? +

No. SquishFM works entirely offline. All samples, projects, and exports are stored locally on your device. No account or login required.

How do I get a refund? +

All purchases go through Apple's App Store. You can request a refund directly through Apple within 14 days of purchase via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I use SquishFM for commercial music? +

Yes. All beats you create with SquishFM are yours. There are no royalty or licensing restrictions on the built-in samples — you own your music.
