1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SquishFM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SquishFM on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.

3. Your Content

All music, beats, and audio you create with SquishFM belong to you. We claim no ownership or rights over your creations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party samples complies with applicable licenses.

4. Built-in Samples

The built-in sample library is licensed for use in original music productions. You may use the samples in commercial releases. You may not redistribute or resell the raw sample files.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
